Setting Up Your SOAD Profile in eMHA

When you first log in to eMHA, you will be taken directly to your user profile. Keeping this information accurate is essential, as your profile details automatically populate SOAD Report Forms (SRFs) and certificates you complete within the platform.

This guide explains how to access and update your profile, and what details to include.

Accessing Your Profile

  • The first time you log in, your profile page will open automatically.

  • You can access your profile at any time by clicking your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Why Your Profile Matters

Your profile information:

  • Is pulled directly into SRFs and certificates

  • Ensures that forms are pre-filled with the correct personal and professional details

  • Saves time and reduces manual entry errors

Keeping your profile up to date is essential for accuracy and compliance.

What to Include in Your Profile

1. Your Professional Registration Details

Include any relevant regulatory information, such as:

  • GMC number

  • Independent Section 12 approval status (Not mandatory)

  • Any additional approved roles (AC or RC) (Not mandatory)

Ensure this information is current and correctly entered.

2. Your Signature

Your signature will appear on your certificates and SRFs. You can either:

  • Draw your signature directly in the system

  • Upload a digital signature 

How to Upload a Signature

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your profile to the Signature section

  2. Click Upload

  3. Select a JPG or PNG file of your signature from your device
