Sending SOAD forms

Sending a SOAD Assessment to Another Team or Individual in eMHA

Once you have accepted a SOAD assessment on eMHA, you will be able to send the form to another team or individual recipient.

1. Accepting the form

  • Once you receive a notification alerting you to a SOAD form that is sent to you, you will need to click on the notification and accept the form to be able to send it to additional users.


2. Once you have accepted the form, click the send button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.



3.Enter the recipients email address


4. If the recipient is part of multiple teams

  • A dropdown box will appear.

  • Select the appropriate team.

5. Add recipient

  • Repeat this step if sending to multiple recipients.

6. Click Send when done
