Which version of the software am I using?

We have upgraded our website! If you use our website to log in to Thalamos, it will now look slightly different, however, it will not alter your access to Thalamos.

1. I do not know which Version of the software I am using currently.

You will be using Version 2 if you work for or with the following trusts:

  • Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust

  • Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

  • North Staffordshire Combined healthcare NHS Trust

  • Dorset Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

  • Cygnet Healthcare (Godden Green Hospital)

You will be using Version 1 if you work for any other trusts, are a SOAD, or a London NHS 136 Dashboard user.

2. What do I do if I want to access my Thalamos Version 1 account?

  • You will still be able to access Version 1 of the software to view any previous forms still on the old version. Choose the role you work for and click log in.

3. I cannot log in using the new log in page

  • If you are unable to log in using the new log in page, please choose your role from the below links which will take you to the correct page to log into your Thalamos account.
