Viewing the Activity Log in eMHA

The Activity Log in eMHA provides visibility over how and when your SOAD assessment is being accessed and by whom. This feature supports transparency, auditability, and improved coordination with providers.

What is the Activity Log?

Every SOAD assessment now includes an Activity Log — a timestamped record showing:

  • Which users have accessed or interacted with the form

  • The type of action taken (e.g., viewed, accepted, amended)

  • When each action occurred

This includes provider activity, such as when they open or accept an assessment.

Why It Matters

  • Helps confirm when providers have received and accessed submitted forms

  • Assists in tracking and troubleshooting communication gaps

  • Supports recordkeeping and clinical governance requirements

How to Access the Activity Log

Step 1: Enter the Assessment

From your Caseload or Archive, click into the relevant SOAD assessment.

Step 2: Click ‘Activity Log’

Within the assessment, click the “Activity Log” button.

You’ll be presented with a chronological list of user actions, including names, timestamps, and activity descriptions.

Use Cases

  • Confirm provider receipt and engagement

  • Monitor edits, submissions, or amendments by other users

  • Validate handover or communication timelines

The activity log offers a clear, reliable view of what has happened to a form after submission.
