Thalamos offers a 'Shared AMHP Caseload' feature whereby your whole AMHP team can have access to one caseload when a doc sends forms to the shared inbox.

Here you'll be able to assign cases to yourself, reassign cases to other colleagues and also see an action log of each form.

If this has not been enabled for your team yet, please get in touch with us on support@thalamos.co.uk to find out more.

Please follow these steps on how to use the Shared AMHP Caseload.

Log in to your Thalamos account. At the top of the page, beside your 'Caseload', you will see 'Team Caseload'

If a doctor has sent a form to your shared inbox and nobody has been assigned to it yet, you'll find it in here.

Please Note: If you received an email notification of a new form in the Team Caseload but it is not there when you log in, it is most likely someone from your team has already taken it. Please check with your team or contact support@thalamos.co.uk if you are ever unsure.

To view the form, click on the 'eye' icon. Here you will be able to see a PDF preview of the form.

To assign this form to yourself, and move it into 'My Caseload', click 'Take Case'.

A pop up will then appear and you can click 'Yes, move to my caseload'

Please note: if you ever take the wrong case or click this in error, you can always move the case back to your Team Caseload - this action is reversible.

Click on 'My Caseload' and you should see that the form has now been moved.

To begin working on your application, click the 'eye' icon to view the form. From within the form you can click 'Start Application'. For more information on completing and submitting applications via Thalamos, please see this article.

If you ever need to move the form back to the Team Caseload, simply tick the relevant form, scroll to the bottom and select 'Handover Forms'

Go back to your 'Team Caseload' and you will see the form has been moved back.

And that's it! No more confusion for AMHPs and doctors or lost forms sitting in trays.
