How the Police will share the form | Individual email address pre-populated for POS Officer can share via email or verbally share the access code with the NHS, who can access via a URL.

How the Police & NHS record the handover and Police presence | Officer confirms the verbal handover Officer initiates handover on their device NHS accepts the handover and records their name, email address, and signature. The Officer is notified the handover has been accepted.
| NHS confirm if ongoing police presence is required and provide reasoning. Officer will be notified of NHS input and will indicate if they will remain at POS. All actions are captured in the activity log available to NHS who have access to the form.

If you have an eMHA account, once you access the form it will be available in your team caseload.
