How to update your profile and add a signature

  • You should be directed to your profile the first time you log in. You can also access and update your profile at any point by clicking your name in the bottom left hand side of the screen.
  • The name and address that you enter here are the details that will appear on any MHA forms that you complete in eMHA. Please ensure you check these details and keep them up-to-date. They should match whatever you would previously have written on the paper or Word forms.
  • Under the ‘Professions and registrations’ heading, check all relevant boxes based on the accreditations that you hold and enter all relevant accreditation details. If you are not approved in any roles, ensure you do not check the boxes.
  • If you do not add in your accreditations (e.g. GMC or PIN), you will not be able to complete certain forms, so please ensure you keep this up to date. 
  • To add or update your signature, click into the signature box. You can either upload an image of your signature or you can draw one with your mouse.
  • Once you are happy with all of the details you have entered, click the blue save button at the bottom of the screen. You will see a pop up in the top right hand corner of your screen letting you know that your profile was updated successfully.
