Being Sent Forms on eMHA as a Guest User
If someone sends you a form on eMHA by Thalamos but you do not have an account, you are able to still access this form as a guest.
- You will have received an email from no-reply@emha.thalamos.co.uk. The subject line will be “A new MHA form has been sent or assigned to you by Thalamos”
- Within this email you will see “View and action MHA form” button
- Click on this button to open the log-in page
- You will be taken to the log in page and then receive a separate email with a one-time code. The subject line for this will be “Thalamos Guest User Access Code”
- If you have not received this code, please check you junk or spam older. You can click “Resend Code” on the log-in page to receive another one
- Input the supplied code into the spaces below and click “login”
- You will then be able to view the form which has been sent to you and complete or action as appropriate
