How to receive forms and notifications
When you are sent a form, you will be able to view a form which has been sent to you in multiple ways:
- You will receive an email notification
- If you do not have an account, when you click on the link in the email, you will receive a one-time code to your email. Use this code to view and action the form.
- You will also receive a notification in-app
- Go to 'Notifications' on the left hand side of your screen. All recent activity on your account will show there. When a new form has been received, or a form has been returned to you, the notifications icon will be displayed in red on the left hand-side.
- You should also be able to view the form in your 'caseload'
Once you have opened the form, you can ensure the form is meant for you and complete the form, or request a colleague to finish the form.
