NHS Staff Guide: How to access and download a digital 5-6
To access a Digital 5-6 you will need the following information from the Place of Safety staff:
- URL - https://nhs434.thalamos.co.uk/
- Access Code
- Site Code
- Click on the URL and Enter your email address, the access code & site code
- Click sign in as a guest.
- You will then be prompted to review the PDF.
- You can download the document by clicking on ‘Download’ in the bottom right corner for your own records.
