I’m not receiving any emails from Thalamos — what should I do?

If you're expecting an email from Thalamos (e.g. a login link, transfer notification, or shared form) and haven’t received it, follow these steps:

1. Check that the email address you entered is correct
   A small typo can prevent emails from reaching you. Re-enter your email on the login page and try again.

2. Look in your Junk or Spam folder
   Occasionally, automated emails may be filtered incorrectly by your email provider. If you find our email there, mark it as "Not Spam" to prevent this in future.

3. Still not receiving anything?
