Thalamos is cloud-based which means you can log in from anywhere as long as you have an active internet connection.

Thalamos is a web application and is compatible with many devices such as smart phones, tablets and laptops.

Before you get to an assessment –

1. Connect to the appropriate internet. If using a mobile/ Tablet make sure the internet is switched on.
2. Open up your internet browser and type thalamos.co.uk into your search engine.
3. Add Thalamos to your home screen (Phone) or favourites bar (Laptop).
4. Click log in.
5. If you are using your own device save your log in details to save you from filling them out over and over again. 

If the internet goes down during an assessment -

Once you have started the assessment you can continue filling out the information, but you will not be able to use your saved signature or send the form.

Instead, you should click ‘Save without sending’.

This will automatically save the information you have filled in. Once reconnected to the internet if you click ‘start form’ the information you entered will be auto filled. You will then be able to send the form to the appropriate person.

The independent Doctor and/or AMHP does not have Thalamos?

You can still complete your assessment your form on Thalamos. You can send forms to anyone with or without a Thalamos account, as long as they have a government regulated email address (nhs.net). They will receive an email, follow the link in the email and input their name and the email that the form was sent to in order to view and action the form.
