How to log on to eMHA Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) using a one time passcode

1. Go to emha.thalamos.co.uk
   
2. Enter your email address and click ‘continue.’
   
3. Click ‘forgot password,’ ‘continue’, and ‘continue.’
   
4. You will be sent an email with a reset password link. Click on the link.
   
5. Reset your password and log in using your email address and new password.
   
   
   
6. You will see a QR code which needs to be scanned. Please open your Microsoft Authenticator app to continue. If you do not have the app you can download it for free (it will have an image of a person inside blue padlock)
   
7. You will need to add a new account. Click the plus sign (+) in the top right and you will be prompted to scan the QR code.

1. You will be able to see the code under ‘Thalamos’. You will have 30 seconds to enter this code before it is reset. Enter this one-time code and click ‘continue.’

1. You will then be logged into eMHA.
   
2. Make sure to click ‘remember this device for 30 days’ so that you will only have to do use MFA every 30 days.
   

1. When you log in, you will now need to enter the six digit code from your authenticator app.
