How to search and filter caseloads, and claim forms
All forms that have been sent to your team, or that have been created by someone in your team will be in the ‘Team Caseload’. All forms that you are working on, have been sent, or have claimed will be in ‘My Caseload’. A form will move to the ‘Archive' once legal scrutiny has been marked as completed by the MHA Office.
If you are working on a form you can claim it. This helps team members to see who is working on what forms in the caseload.
If a forms has been claimed by someone in your team, you will see their name under ‘claimed’'. If no one has claimed the form, it will say unclaimed.
If you have claimed a form by accident, or are no longer working on it, you can ‘un-claim’ it by clicking Menu and ‘un-claim’.
If you would like to claim a form that someone else has already claimed, you can click Menu → un-claim → claim.
Searching and filtering caseload:
You can search for a patient in the caseload by typing their name into the search bar at the top.
You can filter the caseload by clicking the filter button in the top right hand corner. You can then filter the caseload by form name, sender name and signature date. You can select multiple filters if you would like.
