How to save a shortcut to Form 434 log in on your computer
You can save a shortcut to log in page for viewing section 136 forms. This means whenever you get sent a form you can quickly open the access page and enter your email address, access code (found in the email) and site code.
You are saving a shortcut to Thalamos on your desktop. You are not installing an app on computer. If you have any concerns about this please consult your internal IT procedures.
For Microsoft Edge
- Click on the link you have received from the in the email notification and navigate to the log in page.
- In the top right hand corner click the three dots, then apps then install this site as an app.
- Rename the short cut, then click install.
- This will now appear as a shortcut on your desktop.
For Google Chrome
- Click on the link you have received in the email notification and navigate to the log in page.
- In the top right hand corner click the three dots, then more tools then create shortcut.
- Rename the short cut then click create.
- This will now appear as a shortcut on your desktop.
