How to save a shortcut to Form 434 log in on your computer

You can save a shortcut to log in page for viewing section 136 forms. This means whenever you get sent a form you can quickly open the access page and enter your email address, access code (found in the email) and site code.

You are saving a shortcut to Thalamos on your desktop. You are not installing an app on computer. If you have any concerns about this please consult your internal IT procedures.

For Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the link you have received from the in the email notification and navigate to the log in page.
  2. In the top right hand corner click the three dots, then apps then install this site as an app.
  3. Rename the short cut, then click install.
  4. This will now appear as a shortcut on your desktop.

For Google Chrome

  1. Click on the link you have received in the email notification and navigate to the log in page.
  2. In the top right hand corner click the three dots, then more tools then create shortcut. 
  3. Rename the short cut then click create.
  4. ​This will now appear as a shortcut on your desktop.
