How to divert to another Place of Safety

Thalamos is not replacing phone calls. Please ensure you have spoken to the officer before you are completing this action.

You will need to review the form before you can divert to another Place of Safety. You can review the form by clicking ‘REVIEW’ or clicking the three dots and clicking ‘review’. 

  1. If you have spoken to the officer and read the form, scroll to the bottom of the form and click “DIVERT”.
  2. Select the reason for diverting the patient using the dropdown list. If your reason is not listed select other.
  3. Add the date & time and click divert.

NOTE: Please make sure to notify the officer when you are completing this action.

  1. You will then be notified that the patient has been successfully diverted.
  2. If you return to overview the below message will be displayed and you can end the incident. The form has now been sent back to the officer, who will then have to share with another Place of Safety.
