How to complete an H4 as a guest user

How to complete an H4 as a guest user

1. From the email notification, click 'VIEW & ACTION MHA FORM'.
2. Enter the access code sent to you in a separate email.
3. You have the option to accept or decline working on the form.
4. Once you accept, you will be taken to the form editor. Fill in the form as usual. 
5. Click 'SIGN' to review the form. You can click 'GO BACK' to make any changes.
6. Click 'SIGN' to add in your signature - you can either draw one or upload an image. 
7. The user who requested the form from you will automatically be notified that you have completed the form.
8. You can download the form and upload it to your EPR if needed. Click 'ACTION' and download to do so.
