How to complete an application if the medical recommendation(s) are not completed on eMHA by Thalamos
You can still complete you application on eMHA by Thalmaos if the medical recommendation(s) have not been completed on eMHA by Thalamos. You can:
Upload the completed medical recommendations
Indicate the forms were not completed on eMHA by Thalamos and continue with your application
For further information on how to upload medical recommendations, please refer to the previous section of this course ‘How to complete and action forms’.
If you are unable to upload the medical recommendations you can indicate these were not done on eMHA by Thalamos and progress with your application:
Access the admission for the person you are assessing in your caseload, or start a new admission.
Click ‘start form’ next to ‘application’ and select the relevant application form.
Select the toggle to indicate if one or more medical recommendations were not done on eMHA by Thalamos and select a reason from the dropdown list.
If one of the medical recommendations has been completed on eMHA by Thalamos you can still link this to your application and indicate other medical recommendation was not done on eMHA. Make sure this form is ticked before you progress with your application.
