If you are experiencing an error issue that will not resolve after refreshing the browser, we suggest you clear your cache. Follow the guide below in order to do so;
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Click on the three dots in the right hand corner.
3. Click 'settings'
4. Click 'Privacy and Security'
5. Make sure time range is set to 'All time' and all 3 check boxes are selected
6. Clear data > close down all browsers > reopen www.Thalamos.co.uk
