How to access SOAD forms as a guest
If someone sends you a form on Thalamos but you don’t have an account, you can still access the form as a guest.
1. You’ll receive an email from hello@thalamos.co.uk
In the email, click "View & Action MHA FORM."
This will take you to a new page, where you’ll need to enter your name and the email the form was sent to, click Login to gain access.
Once logged in you will have access to the form:
After viewing and actioning the form you need to click ‘Close session’.
