What will the platform look like to me as a guest user?

As a guest user you'll be able to view caseloads and manage all Mental Health Act forms you have been sent and completed as a guest user. You also can view, download and send forms as needed. 

Guest access also comes with support and help directly within the product.

The ability to search for patients and see key Mental Health Act details such as current detention status is not available to guest users. Neither is the ability to update profile, pre-populate forms or view team caseloads to facilitate handover of paperwork between teams within Trusts and Local Authorities.

What forms can I complete as a guest user?

You can complete any forms that have been sent to you e..g CTOs, Renewal forms etc. If you have been sent an admission, you will be able to start any relevant forms for that admission e.g. medical recommendation, application or H3.

Please check your junk/spam folder. You can also request the code to be resent.
If you are still having trouble after this, get in touch with our support team, who can send you another code.

Who can receive forms as a guest user?

Any one can be sent a form as a guest user, as long as they have an approved email domain e.g. nhs.net, .gov.uk etc.
If you are sent an admission, the sender will indicate your role e.g. AMHP, Doctor, Nurse so you have the option to complete the correct form.

How do I send forms back to Trust partners?

The Trust that has sent you a request to complete a form will automatically receive a notification once you have completed this request. There is no need to send back completed forms, such as transfer forms, as all actions and forms are automatically updated for all colleagues who have access to the form.
