What do all the sections mean?

Do I need to send a copy of my SRF to the CQC?

No, the CQC is automatically sent a copy when you submit your forms.

What browser should I use?

Thalamos works with most browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari. Thalamos does not support Internet Explorer, so please use a different browser to access Thalamos.

Do I need to complete the sections in order?

No, they can be completed in any order.

Can I edit my SRF/ certificate?

Once it has been sent you cannot edit it. But you should always review before you send and at this point you can edit it.

Do I need to do it all in one sitting?

No. You do not need to complete the SRF in one sitting. A partially completed SRF will appear in your drafts section.

Will the assessments I completed prior to the switch over be carried over?

No. But if you need to access an old assessment, please contact the Thalamos team and they will be able to give you special access.

Is it case sensitive?

Yes, the formatting you put will appear the exact same way on the SRF/ certificate.

What happens if I lose internet connection during?

All parts you have completed and either saved as a draft or completed will be saved as a draft on your homepage.

Do patients have access to profile information on Thalamos?

Patients have no right of access via Thalamos. But they do have aright of access to everything that is written about them, including MHA forms, though some elements may be redacted in specific
