Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard. Click on ‘Account settings’, in the top right-hand corner, and then click ‘Profile’.
We recommend completing your profile as soon as you sign up because most of your details will automatically pre-populate when you complete MHA forms.
Information you can amend includes -
- Your display name, email and/or password. (To change your password, you’ll need to click the ‘Change Password’ button.)
- Your professional address and contact number.
- And lastly, your approval details: your default signature can be amended in the final section. You can also add the Local Authority you are approved by.
Once happy, click 'Save Changes'. You can always revisit your profile section if you ever want to make amendments in the future.
Make sure you see 'profile updated successfully' at the top of the screen in green.
