The Caseload and Archive sections in eMHA are designed to help you easily manage your assessments — from drafting to submission and record-keeping.
This guide outlines how to track progress, manage forms, and access your archive.
The Caseload contains all assessments that are still in progress and have not yet been submitted. It acts as your active working space.
Track Progress
Use the Summary section within each form to monitor completion and status at a glance.
Manage Forms with the 'Action' Button
Enter an Assessment – Begin or continue working on a report.
Delete an Assessment – Remove assessments that were created in error or are no longer required.
All assessments that are still open or pending
Access to forms you’ve started but not yet submitted
Tools to continue, delete, or complete each assessment
Once you submit an assessment, it is automatically moved into your Archive.
Use the 'Action' button in the Archive to:
Enter an Assessment – Re-open a submitted form if editing is permitted
View PDF – Download a full version of the completed form for records
Send the Assessment – Trigger delivery of the form to relevant parties
Amend an Assessment – Make necessary updates post-submission (if applicable)
