Approving a Payment Requests as an AMHP

After the assessment has taken place, the doctor will either:

  • Indicate the outcome of the assessment

Once this is done, the doctor will submit a payment request for you to review in eMHA.

Step-by-step

Step 1: Wait for the notification
You will receive both:

  • an email notification, and
  • an in-app notification in eMHA.

Step 2: Open the payment request
Click the link in the notification, or go directly to the relevant admission in eMHA.

Step 3: Review the request
Check the payment request details. At this stage, you are only confirming whether the doctor attended the assessment.

Step 4: Choose an outcome
You can:

  • Accept the request, or
  • Reject the request.

Step 5: Add feedback if needed
There is an optional notes field where you can leave feedback.
